Our Kangaroo Island holiday accommodation – The Beach House – is situated right on the shore offering beautiful sea views from the main bedroom, living and dining areas, and also the garden. The other two bedrooms look out on native bush and whole house is comfortably furnished with an emphasis on making your stay comfortable. The sleeping accommodation consists of the main bedroom with a queen size bed, and two other bedrooms each with two single beds.

Relaxing Kangaroo Island Holiday Accomodation
There is an old rowboat to paddle about in or try your hand at fishing in the bay.
The accommodation has a slow combustion heater, reverse cycle airconditioning, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, TV, DVD and Video.
Outside there is a gas fired barbeque with an eating area overlooking the bay.
If you check that there is water in the bowl provided, you will observe a dozen or more different species of native birds calling in for a drink while you are there.
Fairy Penguins sometimes come ashore in the evening and nest in the rocks and underbrush and are a delight to have on our doorstep, despite being a bit noisy!
While Beach House is self-contained – we start your holiday off with some helpful provisions in the pantry. We recommend trying some of the fantastic local produce from the many providers on Kangaroo Island. There are also several places to snack or dine in Penneshaw (14kms) and Kingscote (45kms).
Rainwater tanks provide our water, and we ask you to take care to conserve this precious resource.
